Handling and laundering Dirty Money increases the Alert level. Larger or repeated operations make the restaurant more exposed.
The Alert levels are:
- None
- Low
- Medium
- High
- Critical
Inspection risk
A high Alert level increases the chance of an inspection. An inspection can lead to fines and the confiscation of any Dirty Money that is discovered.
Let Alert decrease
