Play at the casino
Money won from slot machines is returned as clean money. Casino winnings are not counted as restaurant sales or declared revenue. They are AUTOMATICALLY credited to your bank account when you leave the casino.
Negotiate with Big Joe
Find Big Joe behind the restaurant, a few meters from the kitchen‑side exit. Carry a Dirty Money briefcase, walk up to him, then left‑click with your mouse. The laundering window will appear. His fee varies depending on the amount being laundered.
