At 10 PM, the restaurant closes and time freezes. New customers stop entering, but the current service must still be completed. The employees won't leave if the bistro still has customers inside.
Finish serving customers
Complete all remaining orders and bills. Make sure no seated group is still waiting for food, drinks, or payment.
Collect the registers
Visit each floor's cash register and use the "left click" to interact and collect its cash. A register that still contains money must be handled before the day can be closed correctly.
End the day
Go to the office computer and choose the option to end the day. Review any remaining tasks before confirming.
