Start the service
At 7 AM, time remains paused until you open the restaurant. Use the door sign at the reception area to OPEN or CLOSE the restaurant.
Open or close during the day
You can open or close the restaurant at any time. Closing prevents new customers from entering, but customers already inside can still be served.
Finish the day
At 10 PM, time pauses again. Finish the remaining service, collect the cash registers, then use the office computer to end the day.
