Bread is served free of charge in the restaurant. A bread basket cannot be filled when no prepared baguettes are available.
Prepare baguettes in advance
Use the bakery mixer and oven to bake baguettes before opening. Store the finished trays in the bakery fridge or on a service rack.
Restock the bread supply
Move baked baguettes to the bread container used by the basket station. Check the supply regularly during busy service periods.
Fill baskets as needed
Take an empty basket with your tray, interact with the stocked bread container, and deliver the filled basket to the table.
