Every prepared dish or drink has a quality value that decreases over time. Kitchen conditions and employee skills can affect its starting quality.
Read dish information
Aim at a prepared dish to display its information. Check the dish name and current quality before placing it on a tray or serving it.

Quality loss over time
A regular dish continuously loses quality and reaches its worst state after 10 real-time minutes. Quality only decreases; moving an old dish does not make it fresh again.

Tip
Prepare dishes close to service time and prioritize the oldest completed orders. Breakfast plates use a slower 30-minute quality cycle.
