Collect prepared dishes
Orders for upstairs tables arrive inside the dish elevator. Open it and use the interaction shown on screen to place the completed dishes on your tray or trolley.
Return dirty dishes
Place dirty dishes and glasses inside the elevator. Close the door, then use its interaction to send the load back automatically to the kitchen for washing.
Tip
Do not leave completed food waiting inside. Its quality continues to decrease until it is served.
