Use the kitchen bin when a prepared or returned dish can no longer be served.
Select the dish
Aim at the kitchen bin while carrying the dish on a tray. Use the tray selection control to highlight the item you want to discard.
Throw away the food
Use the interaction shown on screen to discard the selected contents. Repeat only for the dishes that must be removed.
Keep the tableware
The plate or glass is reusable. Place the dirty dishes in the kitchen sink so they can be washed and returned to stock.
