Clear the table
Carry an empty tray to the table and collect the dirty tableware. Make sure the tray has enough free slots for the remaining items.
Use the kitchen sink
Take the dirty dishes and glasses to the kitchen sink and place them inside. They must be washed before they return to your available tableware stock.
Automate clearing
Waiters can clear tables when that task is enabled. A dishwasher can automate washing after the tableware reaches the sink.
