A customer who has consumed alcohol may become drunk. While wandering, they can disturb nearby groups and reduce restaurant satisfaction.
Select the slap action
Look at the drunk customer and hold the key shown in the bottom-left corner of the screen to open the fun action wheel. Select Slap, then use the key shown in the bottom-left corner to slap the customer (Default: C)
Stop the disturbance
Performing the action wakes the customer and ends the drunk behavior. Act quickly if the customer is close to occupied tables, because the disturbance can continue to penalize satisfaction while they remain in the restaurant.
Tip
The slap is selected like any other funny action, but it is useful here as a service tool rather than only an animation.
